We need a DLL that scans and recovers files on NTFS and FAT Partitions.
There also can be 2 DLL for NTFS and for FAT.
The DLL should run on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7.
We want to integrate the DLL into a Borland Delphi Project.

I would like to have a VB .Net 2005 usable DLL for encrypting and decrypting mp3s, so that the encrypted file will not be able to play by any media player such as windows media player, winamp, realplayer etc.
