hi i have a site a topic greek site www.kavalanet.gr .. i would like to start a wordpress mu powered community so i want to install WPMU in kavalanet.gr /wpmu and buddypress in greek language in encoding="iso-8859-7.i want themes like kavalanet design have advertisments i like theme Grid Focus or gazete. i want in my home page www.kavalanet.gr have a list of the most popular blogs,last posts etc...
i also have in a subdomain http://www.cityguides.kavalanet.gr/ The phpmydirectory script which does not have a social networking component
is it possible if you install wpmu and buddypress adding social networking to this script (like creating user profiles that other users can see, tracking all reviews per user, allowing the users to create their own favorite lists and publish those lists, adding friends who share similar interests etc.

Wpmu Fatal Errors With A Shopp
comes up upon their first login. Then i refresh the page and it goes away. If i log out and log back in it does not happen again. ONLY on the first login after new member activation when going to dashboard for the first time.. Here is the error:

I will need new WPMU installation to utilize SEO friendly permalink structure and because of that, it will be essential to have a script in place that would issue a 301 redirect to all old URL and point them to new ones.

I have a wpmu site with buddypress and bbpress. Currently the site is showing an error message on the wp-signup.php page. You can view it here... quiltbiz [.] com.au/wp-signup.php
This should be an incredibly quick fix for someone who knows what they're doing (I've been fumbling with it for a couple of hours now hehe).

Modify Wp Theme For Wpmu
I bought a theme and would like it to work with WPMU. At the moment, everything is working except the image manager in the theme.
The theme currently uses the following as the default image storage folder:
/wp-content/themes/shopperpress/thumbs/
But I would like it modified so that it will work with the following image storage folder:
/wp-content/blogs.dir/blogid/files/

I have also bought this plugin and it's very easy to use and works AWESOME! It just doesn't create a membership and it doesn't allow potential advertisers to update their information like the wpmu directory plugin. If you can add a search option like the codecanyon plugin to the direcotory plugin you are the man or woman!!

WPMU Sitewide Translation Plugin
Seeking an MU plugin that can be implemented sitewide by the wpmu administrator to automatically detect language and translate pages, posts, tags, meta information into that language. These translations should be able to be indexed by international search engines.
