One Page Site With Admin Panel

We have the site design on a PSD file and just need to transform it into a flash site with our ideas.
Site is very simple, just a Portfolio, a Bio, a contact form and another page with information.
It has a left column with the menu (it should be an accordion menu) and clicking on every item the body and background of the site will change.

Flash Site Bug Fixes
g images loading in the background when the user clicks away from a page. This should remove the bug.
5. On transitioning from the client login page to other page the text box lingers on the page until the transition completes. Could this be prevented.
For successful completion of this project I would like these bugs fixed and I will not add any others.
