perl image downloader
Required skills: Perl, Windows
I need 2 perl scripts that are to be run on a win vista x64 system (not perl 2 exe, i need .pl)
The first would navigate to a url and download all the images from each thread into a designated folder and it would keep doing this repeatidly (never ending it must refresh and download all images again(providing it isnt the same image as the one already downloaded to save bandwidth and again while checking the main url for more threads).
The second would navigate to a single url and download all the images and then refresh, once again making sure it doesnt download images that have already been downloaded to avoid wasting bandwidth.
Here is an example of the site that would be used to download all the images from http://img.4chan.org/b/ the script must only download images from threads and not ones that are in the header...etc...etc
This can be coded in 20 minutes easily and I code perl myself so don't try and take me for a james blunt.
I would prefer British/American freelancers only. Don't bother bidding if you arent.

Perl Script to Capture Video Frames and save as image file by baobcs
er then capture video frames and save these frame to 1 big image file for preview and also save 1 single frame as thumbnail. A good example is : http://yousendit.com
Ex: I have a video file name: abc.avi
1: Open video file "abc.avi on" server
2. Capture 1 single frame and save the thumb to the same direcrory. ex: "thumb_abc.jpeg"
3. Save series frames to 1 big image file to the same directory. ex: "prev_abc.jpg"

Having PHP knowledge would help too. Experience with image thumbnail and video upload/embedding would also help, but is not necessary.

Image Thumbnail Creator

Project must be soley cgi no os commerce or php. Item to be sold at online store are cd keys. Work must be done on my server which has all needed software installed. I will give out the server information
when I have chosen the winner. Project is due on Apr 15th with no extension. I will need it done before then or no payment as the code will be useless to me after that date. Look forward to working with someone on this.

module is written with perl . I need to capture the file size of image when uploading and store it in db table . Table is already created . And also I have url upload which is written simple php . I need to capture image file size of that only . I need it done now . If anybody is interested message me in pmb . I have other small modifications to do as well if this one goes well . Im not sure what is involved, someone was going to edit this for me for $ 20 so Im looking to hopefully get someone for that range if possible.
