Electronic Text Reader
Required skills: Engineering, Machine Learning, Natural Language, Virtual Assistant
I need a simple program API or an Library or Obect with this caracteristics:
1) When I capture a text in a textbox I need API read text and each word replicate in a speaker.
2) I need add each word that not found in dictionary (record with any my voice)
3) Each word must be saved like simple wav file or mp3 file or may be use other technology.
4) When I run API file muste look ane "ear" like computer talk in Speakers.
5) Must recognice phrases like "nice to meet you" or "see you"
Of course I need source code and must be use in Visual Basic Program API.

This project is not time sensitive as I can only manage listing a few items at a time as I deal with packing and shipping, so this project need not take up all of your working hours.

Rtf - Java Rtf Reader As Dom
We are looking for a Java RTF reader capable of parsing RTF files and read the RTF content as a DOM model. Kind of like a tool or API to call that will take a RTF input and parse it back to a DOM model. It need to support parsing all kinds of RTF for most commonly used features; styles text, image, table, links etc.

Transribe Videos Into Text 2
total between 30-40 minutes TOTAL. So its less than an hour of audio. This shouldn't take more than a few hours to complete.
I think people are getting the impression that its 10 videos having 30-40 minutes each of content. That is not the case.

Hello - i have a very simple problem with my website - some of the text needs to be changed on one of the php pages, and a pay button needs to be added.
The webpage is very simple: the users register filling out a short form and when they click "submit" they are directed to a page which has text that needs to be changed. That is all!

must register but the admin has to activate their accounts. The interface must be clear and simple. Not many graphics in order to be "light" and fast loading page. The users must have the ability to make comments on sentences or words of the text and set them visible or invisible(their comments) to others. They also must be able to chat with other users that are online.
