that I have developed in linux server which run cpanel.

Details:

The server run cpanel so all the accounts created has cpanel (/home/USER/public_html/)
Since my web app create/edit files, it needs to have read/write/execute permittion to all the users and new users in the server.

Where is better to install the app? How do you deal with permittions? Etc.

We were thinking of using Linphone or some other open source stuff, maybe just customise the existing ones rather than build from scratch.
