online Steam player for mobiles

I running an Online Radio station ... so far so good... and now i am thinking to give this service to my listeners mobile. It should be a java player for Symbian mobiles and also for windows mobile. users can install it as normal applications and when they will run it it will directly play my radio station. |

d by a personal selection window (that allows the user to store / add favourites), a global selection window, that allows the user to select from a predefined list (the user should be able to suggest a new station, this will need approval by admin). I would also like to recreate the graphical spectrum analyser that is shown on the current MP3 player.

p3 ! With that said... what I am really looking for is exactly like the player I am using now - just with multiple skins so that they don't look the same on everyone page. Perhaps a few basic overall templates to choose from and a section where I can add a photo of the album or the band... use your imagination!
