when I am in a hotel room and connect to their network, I can only get to their billing system till I pay for access, once I have paid, I can then get full access to the net and other services.

ortal purposes, Username passwords and queries are stored in a MySQL database the system is managed through a php front end. I would like to modify my freeradius with some pluggins that were written by a linux programmer. I would like the pluggins to be recompiled into the radius setup. Once completed I need the radius server to be maintain on a monthly basis, the person that bids on this project will have to be expert in linux, MySql, C++, C##, php, and FreeRadius.

B" prompts User "B" to speak out a text. User "B" speaks the displayed text and clicks the "ok" button.

The code should be written with full comments that makes understanding of the code easy. Also please explain how the code will be executed. Which files to execute first, where to keep the database and which commands to use to execute the database. Please do not get the code from the internet. You can get the algorithm from the internet and implement your own code.
