Im looking for a realistic competitive price for whether you can modify the above links shown or can build one quickly from scratch, and want to know a realistic timeframe.

Unfortunately that is very limiting as I'm not offering a subscription but a one-time payment for a lifetime membership, and I'm having problems accepting payments and the paypal 'subscribe' button doesn't accept credit card payments which is supported with the 'buy now' button.

I have yet to see it implemented for an information based site with free and paying members and the kinds of functions mentioned above particularly content management and easily adding articles etc; - The ability to handle XML feeds and automatically provide RSS updates to subscribers would be distinct advantages. A built in automated external Link addition/checking script would also be an advantage.
