d to have a 1 page simple HTML contact form using email-form.com script. We have purchased the script and have installed on the server but need HTML page and contact form created. We have a PDF brochure that contains 90% of the information we want to ask with the online form. The form's option will be to save results to a XLS for spreadsheet and email to multiple emails with thank you page for more contact. All is possible through the installed script. Manuals available if needed.

Need a contact form added to our current flash site. Flash site is a purchased template, with forms in place, we just need you to configure them correctly to email the form contents.

out. you must know something about iphone like if the order is submitted i can receive a sms notification of an order, and a email with the details. I also need a very simple java script to lock the site it just has to keep strangers out nothing of any importance is on the site again I just need to keep out strangers. A hacker would laugh at the web site. i set up the site with iWeb kit but its not sending orders when you hit submit.

I need someone asap its very quick fix.

Make a simple webpage for information on a product and a contact form for interested clients and a newsletter subscription. A page that is easy to change information and picture later myself.

then admin is emailed that an order has processed and the admin get an email with the order info, including the Product # they selected and all form data submitted.

if user does not pay for the shipping - can we send him an email in 24 hours on more time to see if they want their order?
*after 72hours, the user is set to inactive but not deleted from db.
