Need American English voice talent for IVR prompt recordings

We have about 150 short voice prompts to record in American English for an IVR system. Each prompt is to be saved as an individual wav file with specified name. Here is a sample with some phrases. Some will be longer, but no long sentences. Most are numbers, dates, etc. Will provide a complete spreadsheet on request. FILE NAME _________________TEXT ------------------------------------------------------------ good_morning.wav ________ Good morning good_afternoon.wav ________ Good afternoon sorry_didnt_undertand.wav __ Sorry, I didn't understand that try_again.wav _____________ Try again now_enter_minutes.wav _____ Now enter the minutes to_cancel_touch_2.wav _____ To cancel it, touch 2 one.wav _________________ One two.wav _________________ Two Here is what we'll provide: - A source MS Excel spreadsheet with columns containing name of the voice file, the recording text, and some comments about context What you’ll need: - You need to be a native female American English speaker, with no accent. - Ability to open and modify MS Excel spreadsheet - We are not looking for a studio quality, but you must be able to record in a quiet room with a decent microphone. - Recording software to record each prompt on your computer and save it as .wav file with a name specified in a spreadsheet. I suggest free software Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/). They make it easy to record the prompts and save each as an individual file. We can provide some help with the Audacity as needed. If you have another software you want to use, that’s ok too. Here is what you'll need to deliver: - An archive of individual .wav files Need these in about a week. Will pay on completion. Please provide quote for a complete project. |
