a script similar to one which you will see popping up after you access my pages inside http://watchmusicmovies.com/ . The script should pop up and make people to either log in or sign up to my site. Without logging in or sign up, they can not access my site. Once they log in they can able to edit profile, upload avatar and add comment to pages. Avatar should show up in comment box when they comment.

Sign up should be attach to my aweber form.

This is nothing out of the box, if you need a reference as to what I am talking about simply go to Facebook and comment on an existing status.

As I have provided the tutorial that more experienced coders will understand better than I, this project should be fairly quick and painless. Please let me know your thoughts on timeline, budget, and any experience directly related to this project.

One other thing I need is a text box (with header image and possibly text) of about 200x200 (guesstimate) that follows people on the right side as they scroll down the page...or, if possible stays locked at the top but scrolls with the person (so it's not moving when the person scrolls, because that can get annoying).

We need to develop "client interaction" pages in private area of site.
Client needs to be able to comment on images/text shown - on MULTIPLE sections of page (not just a comment box at the bottom of the page). We need to reply to comments posted and have ability to upload new images/files to that particular section of the page to explain our comments, etc. Then go back and forth with client, etc...
Perhaps this is a small CMS/blog entry type system - not sure.

When I click on the comment button, no comment box shows up. Need fixed immediately.

The new comments should be posted at the top of the comment area. i will need to know how to edit comments if i don't like them. Also once a comment is submitted it should post without a page reload. (Just like lubetube.com or youtubes comment boxes).

and remove old comment box.

7. adding modification ability to existing orders (like the orders you are reviewing, not previous orders), like on the 2nd to last page when reviewing the order, you can delete the order and add orders, but can that order that exists be modified? -------- I think that this is where the database would have to be so if there are any other ideas, please let me know.

eave either a traditional written comment or a brief voice comment.. Memebers will be able to select to either view written comments left or hear a short voice comment. written part of comment box i would like to have smilies etc like on mindviz.com ... for voice have it to where members can use their computer mics to record a brief 30 second or so comment and have it display how many voice messages and any one can view or hear these comments on users profile page..
