Simple animated illustrations for childrens books (Flash)

I am building interactive books for children in Flash to help with reading proficiency(in France). To start with I am using very small texts (<10 sentences) which I would like to distribute amongst 5 or so pages (1 or 2 sentences on each page). On each page I need a relevant illustration to make the book a bit more interesting, it would also be nice for these illustrations to be interactive (show simple animations when the children click on bits of it) An Example ============ Please look at [http://www.starfall.com/n/greek-myths/wooden-horse/load.htm?f] You will see on each page there are a couple of sentences and to the left is a cool looking interactive illustration. I am looking for something like this (perhaps with simpler animations) to entertain the young readers. ======================= The first text is as follows (in french): ========================================= [title page] Les esquimaux (some front cover illustration) [page 1] Les esquimaux vivent surtout de pêche et de chasse car ils ne peuvent pas cultiver de fruits et de légumes puisque le sol est gelé. (cartoon illustration of eskimos hunting/fishing) [page 2] Les villages esquimaux sont petits car il n’y a pas beaucoup d’habitants. Pour rendre le paysage plus coloré, les esquimaux peignent leur maison avec des couleurs très vives. (cartoon illustration of a small colourful inuit town) [page 3] Aujourd’hui, il y a l’électricité dans la plupart des maisons. Mais quand les chasseurs partent trop loin pour rentrer chez eux le soir, ils construisent un abri dans la neige : un igloo. (illustation relating to the fact that they have electricity in their main houses but if they go far from home they need to build an igloo) [page 4] Ils découpent de gros morceaux de neige avec une scie. Ils posent les blocs de neige les uns sur les autres en leur donnant la forme d’un escargot. (building an igloo cartoon) [page 5] Avec le froid, la neige durcit et se transforme en glace. Comme la glace est transparente, elle laisse passer la lumière, il fait donc très clair dans un igloo. (a cartoon of eskimos in the night perhaps with light coming through) ================================ So this project is just for this one small text, but I have many others texts to be illustrated, so this job will lead to further work. Requirements =========== * Must be no copyright restrictions on the work submitted. If a graphic is used that is not your own, this must be stated explicitly and it must be freely available for commercial use. * Simplicity - looking for simple illustrations with perhaps a few animations on each one (click on an eskimo guy to see him catch a fish for example).
