Setup Server To Convert Video

I need a perl script to convert video file such as: avi,wmv.... to flash

Here is what the script do:
1. Read a video file on the server and capture 1 frame and save to server
2. Convert movie to Flash and save to the same directory

- Must have extensive experience with FFMPEG (Visual Hub does not seem to work for our purposes)
- Specific experience working with Adobe Connect Pro and/or the FLV files it generates for session recordings preferred.
- We are looking for as close to perfect of a conversion as possible, meaning that audio video must be very closely synced (if not perfectly synced) and the playback must be smooth and not choppy.

1Gb network connection.

All source code must be supplied and verified WORKING before the release of final payment. A sample of something working must be approved before I release any milestone payments. convert an SWF video file into an FLV video file. Video and audio quality needs to be maintained. I will later be placing the file on a website in an FLV player (you don't need to do this part).

This needs to be done urgently - within 2 hours of starting the job. It should be a very easy job for anyone with the right tools! (I don't have them myself.) GAF escrow payment will be used.

ere has experience with converting an interactive DVD video/game to Flash video (flv). The DVD disk has multiple sequences and the DVD logic is programmed to respond to a game console for controlling what material is played (hence, the "interactive" part). We need to convert not only the video sequences but also the the logic so that the game console can control the material through a Flash player.

The UI will ask how many video segments to join. That number will determine how many fill in boxes will appear. Each fill in box will have a browse button.

Would like it when video is completed code comes up that allows you to copy and paste then embed somewhere else.
