What I need is a web-based application that behaves kind like a Google earth linkage.
Take reference from the attachment where I show what I want. So, it's a webpage and the user will be prompted to chose a point inside the shape and when he does that a pop-up window prompts for him to paste a web link, a location, a embed code. After that the page is going to display his and others additions to that page. No login should be required, but the page is meant to be saved for further access.
After having this working I must get more services to complete the other parts of the future application

Embed Yahoo Video in Flash Document
embed on a webpage, but I cannot figure out how to EMBED a Yahoo Video in one of my Flash Projects. I need only the source code.. no design work, just show me how to display a "live" Yahoo Video in my final .swf Flash file.
I have UPLOADED AN EXAMPLE of a Yahoo Video embedded in a webpage. It is a real live Video.

Video Streaming Site with Custom Flash Player
nail, it takes them to a video page where I can stream most video types through my own custom video player. The video player can be a standard JW Player for now, I just want the site to be functional for now. I am not looking for a YouTube clone, I don't want people to have the option to upload videos. I will be the only one adding videos. I don't plan on hosting any of my videos on my own server. All of my videos will be streamed from external sources.

Overall, I would like to gather quotes from you all to do this to 7 different XML files and can pass the entire site's files for you to look at and implement. I would need to make some text bold (titles, etc) and also code in some tags in the XML to trigger to new url links.
