Required skills: Wordpress, XML, MySQL
This is for a media company that aggregates content from a number of outside sources and then redistributes it via an XML feed.
We scrapped our old non-Wordpress site and started over on Wordpress.
We need to add fields for items like bylines, original source of the article, etc. that we can fill out when posting content to the site.
Then we need all that data show up as separate items in an outbound XML feed that we can send to partners.
We have samples of what we'd like those outbound feeds to look like.
The site is on Wordpress.org & it's on a MySQL database.
We would like to have this project completed by the end of March if possible.

Wordpress to Blogger Xml Import
h post should be converted to the Blogger Labels for each post. The programmer should test on his own with a blog at blogger.com. I will provide the wordpress mysql database file or the exported wordpress xml file. Need it done quickly.
There is a converter which already exists but I don't know how to use it in Python. I don't mind if you can use the below script. I just it to be done.

late, we need the wordpress aspect of the site to fit in with the existng design style of the website, seemless itergratin.
we also need an exisiting flash scroll (.fla) bringing into the existng website, it has an xml file that is used to change the images dislayed in the flash scroll. we want to implement this into the website but the .fla might requre some changes implementin size wise inorder to fit in with the site template

Amazon Api - Php To Xml File
uch just be copied over, obviously replacing the above variables and functions wordpress uses to fetch the data from the wp database with the information the new script has gathered.
The final code would belong to me. We are looking for someone quite familiar with Amazon's web services, API, and PHP... to keep the cost and production time down very low. Please reply if interested and capable and I will give a more comprehensive explanation to those interested and qualifying.

Wordpress XML tags inside my current web pafe design, so that I keep my menu, header, etc. and have a blog in the empty space.

the idea is to have a home page layout with the first 100 or so words from each post, then a click to read more. Plus some strategically places ads.
Then the content pages will just be normal text, with ad options above, inline, below and in the side bar etc etc.
I am not if this is enough info to go on, but I can show you samples of themes I want it to be similar too.
